Refund policy
At Odhnee, we value our customers and strive to build a lasting relationship by offering a No-Questions-Asked 3-Day Return & Refund Policy for most products.
We offer a 3-day direct return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request within 3 days via the contact number.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted beyond the 3-day window for any reason. Refunds are applicable only for returned items.

How to Place a Return Request
- Return requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

- Record an unboxing video while returning the package to ensure a smooth process.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" sale items.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can exchange it for the same item within 3 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
We process refunds only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.
Prepaid Orders
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days after the product passes our quality check.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- You will receive a refund link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp from +91 70963 82882 within 4-5 business days after the quality check.
- Follow these steps to claim your refund:

- Verify your identity using an OTP.
- Enter your bank account details or UPI ID.
- Submit the details to process the refund.
- Refunds will be credited within 24 hours of adding your details.
